After making our fake event poster I came across this and really enjoyed it. It looks to me like they used a grid and it looks very nice. This would have been a good inspiration when creating my posters.

When i ran into this poster i fell in love! I think they layout is genius and the content is hilarious. The little bow tie illustration really helps with the creators intent of being a gentleman.
